Our desire is to let the word “Heartbeats” and the image with which we have grown familiar become more expansive, adapted to reflect Angela’s living legacy and to include all of our evolving efforts and outreach in the areas of spirituality, charism, and formation.
Our team of eight will be known as the Heartbeats Team.
Bringing their gifts, experience, and energy to this team
of Ursuline Sisters and lay collaborators are:
- Sr. Dianne Baumunk, a USA western province Ursuline;
- Jeannie DiBenedetto, Bronx, NY, who is currently serving as coordinator of student activities and ministries at the Academy of Mount St. Ursula in the Bronx;
- Sr. Diane Fulgenzi, a USA central province Ursuline;
- Katie Kemp, alumnae director at Ursuline Academy St Louis;
- Maritza Poza-Grise, of Wilmington, Delaware, currently chair of the board of trustees of Ursuline Academy in Wilmington;
- Terri Rogan, director of mission effectiveness and global education at Ursuline Academy in St. Louis;
- Paige Tagliaferre, a graduate of Ursuline St Louis, who will working on Facebook and Instagram for Heartbeats;
- Sr. Pat Schifini, a USA eastern province Ursuline; and
- Thomas Trunkle, director of the Ursuline Retreat Centre in Great Falls, Montana.
- Diane Fulgenzi serves as coordinator of the team and of the spirituality, charism, and formation outreach and efforts for the three USA Roman Union provinces.
